As part of their expansion into the enterprise market, XO Communications has announced new initiatives including new enterprise sales and support organization, an enhanced network, expanded IP

serve offerings and targeted guarantees.
After experiencing steady and successful growth of their customer base over the last year, XO Communications decided to further increase their concentration on the enterprise customer to offer customers a solution as they increasingly turn to alternatives to incumbent telecom companies.

To further their support and sales efforts for the enterprise customer base, the XO Enterprise Solutions Group(ESG) will offer cost-effective solutions to enterprises to help improve and gain efficiencies and will according a news release, " leverage the unique capabilities of XO Communications' extensive nationwide and metro networks and IP networking solutions expertise to deliver end-to-end solutions and high-demand enterprise services including high-speed network access, MPLS IP-VPN

, IP Telephony, and network infrastructure and transport solutions to key enterprise locations nationwide."
XO Communications is also optimizing their network to offer a high-capacity network enhanced especially for enterprise bandwidth demands and has expended its IP services portfolio launching, XO MPLS IP-VPN, XO SIP

, XO One iPBX and IP Flex with XO MPLS IP-VPN. With these offerings enterprises have more choices to support their switch to IP.
Also in support of this latest bid to expand into the enterprise market is the companies new guarantee program, the XO 3 Guarantee Program. With the guarantee, large enterprises are offered the best price, installation, and satisfaction guarantees for selected long haul and high-capacity network services.
